oof I don't know what monitor to get for gaming

Hey, I am in the market for a new monitor and am unable to make a decision on which one to get. With my budget being $700 MAX, more like somewhere around $550 $600, though it could be below, I have looked at 144hz IPS 1440p monitors, 29" 2560 by 1080p 200hz unltrawides, 240hz 1080p 1ms GTG bois, and a bunch of others. The games I play are PUBG, CSGO, Red Dead 2, Assasin's Creed (New Ones), Skyrim, Rainbow Six Siege, and a couple other shooters and RPGs. In shooters I perfer to play very copetitevely, though i also like me some good looking more visually attractive titles. My hardware includes a 2080 ti, i9 9900k, 16gb 3600 RAM. I currently have a 29" 75Hz 2560 5ms IPS LG monitor. I would like to know if anyone has any good suggestions for what to get.

Questions I Also Have:

1. Is there a significant difference between 1ms and 4ms response times? Ghosting?

2. IPS vs TN. Does TN have the big bad?

Thanks, and have a good night!

-I’ve tried 1ms vs 6ms monitors, both 1080p 144Hz. The difference is unnoticeable, and the 6ms monitor was IPS while the 1ms was TN. The IPS had much much nicer colours compared to the TN monitor and it looked better overall.

-240Hz and 144Hz don’t have much difference

-With that graphics card, 1440p 144Hz monitor will be amazing, since you can probably hit 100+ fps on 1440p max settings. Something like

If you have the budget (seems like it) then go for the IPS panel, no reason to go for cheap TN panel, the colors are that much better (Unless you're a pro E-sports gamer and don't care about viewing angles and good color reproduction).

I would look at something like these monitors. They all use similar panels so it really doesn't matter which one you would pick just take it from somewhere you know that you can return if something is odd (if you get a lemon).
