Huge no no to run NZXT S340 Elite with no rear exhaust fan?

Deadpool2onBlu-Ray

So i just finished my pc build. I have an NZXT S340 Elite matte black, asus maximus x hero, i7 8700k, 16gb gskill tridentzrgb ram, evga gtx 1070, etc. I have two 140mm be quiet silent wings 3 high speed fans as intake, a bequiet dark rock 4 cpu cooler, and a generic rear exhaust fan. What I am wondering is if I can run this pc overclocked without a rear exhaust fan all together. Or an exhaust fan on the top slot instead of the rear slot. I know it seems small but in a build so much about aesthetics I do not want to block the "maximus x " logo. It is currently being blocked by the rear exhaust fan. How much would temps be affected?

If you choose to use top exhaust, change CPU cooler orientation to blow towards top. And if you aren't into regular cleaning, add dust filter to rear.
