The Power Consumption Is 25 watts

That's why I said "at most" you'd be adding 12W, many sources have it as low as 18W, the 1030 DDR5 variant is a 30W card.

Either way, we are talking about an extremely small difference in power consumption.

You are insane if you are going to risk your system to save a buck. Wait for the evga 450bt to go on sale for 20 dollars and get that.
