GTX 1050 ti In Optiplex 7010 MT

Can I put a GTX 1050 ti in a Optiplex 7010? I've seen people do it and say that the PSU doesn't need to be upgraded if you don't overclock the GPU because dells have a 95W CPU limit and the card is 75W, so 95W + 75W = 170W, and the power supply is 265, will it work??

If the Dell PSU can handle ~300W of continous load, then you don't need to upgrade the PSU.

Mine is 275 or 265 [thats what they say in the website depends on models]
