Computer boots to bios on cold boot

Couple of months ago I had upgraded my PC hardware and made a custom water cooling loop for the first time. Everything works fine except the computer will boot into bios after a cold boot up (say 4 hours). At first it didn't feel like that big of a deal. But now I would like to try to setup a wake on lan and rdp so I can remote to my pc while im on campus. Also yes I triple checked the boot order. And once I have the computer into windows after the first reboot, everything works fine.

 

Cpu- i7 6068k @5.2ghz

Mb- ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero
