HELP 1080ti micro stutters with frametime spikes

Hi there guys. New to the forum, so a thanks in advance to any help given. 

I have been having stuttering issues with my zotac 1080ti Amp for a while now, in almost all games it seems to have very unstable frametimes. I have scoured the Web to no avail, nothing has worked so far. 

I play with 144hz at 1440p on most less demanding titles but with constant frametime spikes causing micro stutters every few second. 

 

Zotac 1080ti Amp - no OC

7700k - no OC

750w bronze -

Maybe put a better title, with info on it so people who have knowledge of your issue will be drawn to it.

What is actually supposed to go here? Some people put their specs, others put random comments or remarks about themselves or others, and there are a few who put cryptic statements.

Computernaut, I am honestly unsure. I have always noticed it in some games. But others it's a if you know its there you notice, type thing.

Will do, thanks. And unfortunately I bought it as "ex display" a year ago. I have contacted zotac and am waiting for a reply.
