will my ram or cpu bottleneck a 2080 (6700k and 2400 ddr4)

i was planning on upgrading my gpu but dont know if my cpu or ram can handle it. im planning on playing fps games at high refresh rates at 1080p for now and then eventually going to 1440p. i have a 6700k at 4.5gh and

ddr4 2400 (15-15-15-35).

Nah you should be fine, a 4.5Ghz 6700K will still be plenty fast in games, and especially once you move to 1440p it'll be great.
