What is package (node 0) on hw monitor?

Have new build system with ryzen 3 2200g(overclocked at 3.8) w/stock cooler, gigabyte gtx 1050ti oc low profile overclocked with msi afterburner, ssd 240gb with 1tb hdd 3 120mm case fans, and all that is powered by vs550 corsair psu, it all works great cpu and mbo are on 50max temp, gpu up to 70c, only i dont know what package node 0 is and it goes high as 70 sometimes, still my pc gets around 7000 points in firestrike

Package Temp (Node 0) is the +20c offset for Ryzen which seems to be working correctly since 70c - 50c = 20c.
