I need Help! With the Sony XB950N1

So I play World of Tanks and I need Teamspeak at short, so, I have the sony XB950N1 and i really want to use the integrated mic and headphones to speak and hear my teammates. what can i do? It includes a TRS 3.5mm jack but when I looked online, its says a TRRS jack is needed for mic and headphones. Can't I just get a TRRS jack, plugg it to my bluetooth headphones and use a Female to two Male splitter? Then just hook it up to my pc on the headphone in and mic in, would that work?
