so....i am looking for a PC based around the RTX 2080/2080 Ti
I am looking for a sort of white/black theme maybe with blue/multicolor RGB of course with the multicolor being controlled with software and/or hardware
I know what RAM I want because it looks sick and i love how it looks 

this is the RAM- Team - T-Force / Night Hawk 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
I'm thinking for specs just 16 Gb is fine
I plan on streaming VR and other games so if i need to up it to 32 Gb let me know
As far as all the other components go...i want to see what you guys come up with

if you need more info let me know and i'll tell you right away

(edit) P.S. I would have just built this myself...but i don't know super specific stuff about...well...anything...just base specs and what is compatible with what..not really fine-tuned compatibility and practicality stuff

You would need more cores for encoding so something like a 9900k paired with maybe a corsair 360mm rgb AIO (cuz it's relatively quiet and has fine performance)

also i was joking with a bunch of the stuff i threw in there. But if you have the budget, you should go for intel optane ssd instead of 860 evo

honestly though. just get yourself a 2080ti build and a 1440p 165hz Gsync panel and a 9900k to pair.

 

give your brother a 1440p 144hz Freesync panel with an Vega 64 and pair that with an r5 2600. 

 

its very balls to the walls an you still have your brother beat.
