Hard drive issue in laptop

So, i was given a dell latitude e6420 laptop and it does not boot to windows. I opened it up and as I was opening it, there was a screw missing. And I saw the hard drive and it was not screwed in. It does not touch any ports and when i compare ports, they don't line up.

Please help!

Did you take the drive out? Sometimes I've seen a lot where the SATA is vacant even on new laptops and it has a M.2 in it somewhere. Can you find that?

the drive is a sata, not a m.2 drive. I did take the drive out.
