WiFi hotspot issue in windows 10

i have a pci 2.4g WiFi adapter (TP-LINK 300Mbps Wireless N Adapter) with latest installed drivers the hotspot works fine with no issues but 5 min after i close my settings the hotspot turns off even though there is a network load on the hotspot. regedit only prolongs it to 120min and upon searching on internet this problem seems to be widely persistent with no solutions. turning off power management for the adapter doesn't seem to help nor the high performance mode.

motherboard: asus b150m with latest bios

running latest windows 10 rolling back doesn't help either

the manufacturer(Qualcomm) officially supports softAP though tp-link doesn't specify it.

Ive only got this to work by having the wifi adapter be purely an "output", so I have my ethernet plugged in and have that as a input for data and use the pcie wifi adapter to purely connect to hotspot devices. Whenever I used the same device for both hotspot and using it for my own computer, it wouldnt work.
