Quieter fans for Cisco 3850 Switch

Does anyone know of some relatively quiet 40x28mm PWM fans?

Wanna use them in a Cisco 3850 Switch. The ones it comes with are Nidec W40S12BGB5 ball bearing fans.

Maybe something that doesn't use a ball bearing?聽
