TV tuner

Hey guys! First of all i would like to apologize if this is a wrong section to post!

So, i moved my old PC to my old house. So here, we have two televisions, One is a Samsung  32 inch TV and another is an 15 year old onida CRT TV. We have cable connection in this house. And, since I moved my PC here, I want to get a TV tuner card. I don't mind if it's external or Internal until it's good. But, i have a question. Do I have to opt for a new cable connection or does the current one work? I mean, I think for TV tuners, we have to connect the cable wires, but we have only two cable wires and we want three.Do we need a new coaxial cable? Does it mean we have to call our subscriber's customer care and opt for a new connection? And, What is a good TV tuner?Anything under 50$.

Thanks :) . Hope you understand what I asked.
