Where to buy a new Heatsink for a RX 570

I bought a used RX 570 which works fine but the Heatsink it a mess, I'm not sure what is in there but I can't remove that and I was wondering if there's any website that I could buy and replace without waiting for some RX 570 burns out and someone sells the Heatsink. Thanks.
