You will have to wait 24 - 48 hours to get a reply from them. Don't expect you will get the reply within a minute after you post your question to the forum.

Those types of help systems are ok some of the time, its basically a glorified FAQ section.

Thanks for posting this, I emailed Paypal about a sleazy seller in China, kept telling me to wait wait wait, so he got me over the 3 month mark for ebay, but the seller did that based on I dont give a fuck, it is like a $1.00 item. I emailed him at 3 months 3 days to see what would happen, I havent check my ebay messages, but I have put in an email to paypal which is 6 months LOL then there is always going directly to the credit card.

BTW any "official" email for a company should never be any free email service, especially when it comes to a big company. Small dicky co's sure, hotmail, geocities, yahoo, but I always check out their insurance by calling their insurance, inc reg at the dmv. I pull land titles for houses and ind/comm buildings/land. People give 10's of thousands and even 100's of thousands to companies with no pre-paid license which costs $50k btw. Then there are websites with an address of just a city, so that means it can be sketchy as fuck or just a kid in a basement or parents garage selling stuff. Makes the customer wonder, why they dont want you to know where they live. Bad neighborhood, poor neighborhood, rich.

Paypal should not be gmail, sounds fishy.

Why not actually talk to an accented person?
