Microsoft.com problems

aandril

Is it just me or has microsoft.com had problems for like a month?

Like two weeks ago I went to ms and it kept giving me timeout(?) errors, saying I couldn't connect to the site.

And now I'm trying to download Visual Studio... I can get onto ms.com but everytime I click to download nothing pops up to download.

Then I get some pop up saying whether or not I want to take a survey. LIKE BITCH EVEN IF I WANTED TO TAKE YOUR DAMN SURVEY I BET I COULDNT GIVE MY OWN DAMN OPINION.

Then I click the link on the page 'downloading problems, click here to retry' and still nothing.

Sounds like a browser issue truthfully. Have you tried a different browser? Thats usually step 1 in troubleshooting website issues. 2nd is to clear your cache and history and try again.. have you done either of those 2 things? The download of Visual studios truthfully sounds like your browser window is blocking pop up windows.

I've tried a different browser.

And there's no reason for it to be happening.

It's only happening with ms.com.
