jhere are my specs im looking into

now, should this record CSGO at low-medium settings at 720, maybe 1080p? no facecam.. no overlay.. just the gameplay and a mic.. i will be editing in sony vegas pro 15 (i know this pc can handle it cause my crap laptop can)

is there a better configuration i can do? i will add a GPU later (maybe rx 580 or gtx 1060 6gb)

if you are not adding a GPU right now, I believe this to be your best option. if you want to add a gpu now, please get a better CPU. recording is very cpu intensive.

yes.if you buy a 2600 + gx1060, you will easily go 1080p max settings + stream. but buying another again will add cost.

You just have to enable ReLive on the APUs, will be fine for 720p recording, not sure if the video had the faster way I did it, think I just google searched "how to enable..."

But you're going to want an ASrock Pro 4 or MSI Tomahawk motherboard at minimum for the VRM heatsinks, if your APU board doesn't have VRM heatsinks you're in for a bad time.

Buy a better PSU regardless though, either a Corsair CX(2017) white label model, or a masterwatt 550W isn't bad.

Ryzen 3000 comes out early next year, probably wait for that or get the cheap R7 1700

The R3 2200G is plenty for what he needs, CS:GO doesn't even use the extra threads. He can replace the R3 chip with a cheap used R7 1700 in the near future after he gets a GPU.

im okay with the extra cost, im hoping to get a job soon (i need to go apply at publix)

go with the Ryzen 5 2400g (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FGPKHx/amd-ryzen-5-2400g-36ghz-quad-core-processor-yd2400c5fbbox), it isn't the best cpu out there, but it has integrated graphics and is good enough for when you can buy a gpu

benchmarks show that the igpu for the 2200g and 2400g is almost the same, maybe 5 to 10 fps here and there. i do not think it is worth the investment comsidereing i should be upgrading soon anyways

okay thanks.. i dont see the videos if it is embedded as a video

why can't you see embedded videos?

Probably just buy the $50 Redragon combo kit, the headset should be fine, that whole cheap USB mic set up probably isn't too great.

And here's why you want a motherboard with full VRM heatsinks with an APU

It doesn't have any on the SoC VRM on top of the motherboard

the ASrock Pro 4(ATX and Micro ATX) and MSI Tomahawk have VRM heatsinks on both VRMs

That's the VRM for the SoC(integrated GPU/System on Chip) that's where the GPU part of the APU will draw all of it's power from, on a non APU it doesn't matter since that just powers a memory controller, still nice to have though.

Has a heatsink on it, on that board.

the ATX Pro 4 and MSI Tomahawk also have display port outputs which may be useful for free-sync displays
