No.

 

It wouldn't be worth the upgrade cost. Just OC what you have. You're only gaining a couple hundred mhz stock with the 9600k.

the 8600k is a good cpu. get a sick aftermarket cooler (U can find some good ones under 50, check out the forum, Aircooler) and OC the crap out of it :D
