Hi,

For some reason my phone (Nokia 8 ) doesn't want to co-operate with the USB 3.0 controller in my desktop, it works fine with the 2.0 and 3.1 controllers, other devices are not facing this issue. the phone works fine with my Laptop's USB 3 controller however. The phone is also USB 3. anybody know what maybe the cause?

Is it a pre-built system, where they might be using a chassis with USB 2.0 ports in it, but have an adapter plugging those wires into the 3.0 header on the Mobo?

That's all I can think of.

Unless the BIOS is set to some kind of legacy mode or something.
