Connecting windows laptop to a non smart tv wirelessly

I am looking for suggestions on how to mirror a windows laptop to a non smart tv wirelessly. I am looking for it in a business environment, so something that would be reliable and would require as little  maintenance or setup when needed to be used. If it would require a third party box to make it work what type of box would you guys suggest and have experience in using.
