Gaming pc for my friend

Hi all, i am new here i am making a new pc for my friend and he have 1000 € for his budget and i have to pick him some components and a monitor so i was hopping that u can help me what to buy because i am not  sure of myself.

This is the components that i suggested him: 

 

Processor:  AMD - Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6GHz 6-Core

Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Strix

Motherboard: Asus - ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4

Memory: Kingston - HyperX Fury 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-3200

SSD: SATA3 240GB Kingston UV500 520MB/500MB/s 

External Storage: HDD SATA3 7200 1TB Toshiba P300 5000

Monitor: 23.6" Asus VS247HR TN, 1920x1080 2ms

 

What are u thinking about this pc he will use it only for gaming and lite streaming on twitch

ty u a lot but we can't order form are country online in Serbia we can order just books and some others stuff but not all this :/  and i can't find in any of stores in are country to have all those components. :/ 
But it's very good configuration i will try it somehow to find it all :D
