New Build will boot into UEFI, but wont load windows from a USB

yesterday I build my new Ryzen build with a ryzen 1400x, gtx 1050,4 gigs of ddr4 ram, and a seagate barracuda 1tb hdd corsair vs 450 power supply Asrock AB350m HDV motherboard.

I can boot perfecty fine into UEFI, change Oc setting etc,(Havn't changed anything), if updated the BIOS to latest version, checked ram and all still nothing any ideas

Is this a pre-existing copy of Windows or a fresh install?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Is this the universal installer or for only one version?
