What graphics card do you have that doesn't support Display Port? What display outputs does it have? Does it have Mini-DP? HDMI?
Which monitor is it?

DVI is the most easy to find

Should be DVI-D (dual link) not the DVI-I (single link) for you to achieve 144hz

Use HDMI to connect the PC to the monitor. Either share the HDMI port on the monitor (unplug the PC cable and plug in the Playstation cable, and vice verse) or get a HDMI to DVI cable for the Playstation and use the DVI port on the monitor for the playstation.

Your monitor does not have DisplayPort inputs...

The GTX 970 should come with DisplayPort outputs. Where did you purchase your card from? What brand and model number is it?
