System Crashing

Broken telephone inquiry:

 

-Monitors switch to no signal then the system crashes shortly after.

-It's a new system.

-My first thoughts were maybe the MB, PSU and GPU. It's a Ryzen CPU so no IGPU to fall back on, maybe irrelevant I'm not sure.

-Suggested they test the GPU and PSU first since they're easier but they opted to send parts back under manufacturer warranty instead.

-GPU and MB have been replaced now, issue is still there.

 

Aside from the PSU do any of you have insight on what the issue is?
