My pc hang,crash or grey screen

Hi, I want to know the cause of the issue? 

Specs:

i3 2120 3.30ghz,

ssd 480gb

Hdd none

ram 4gb

ati hd 5450

Whenever, I watch youtube, doing light task or play light games , it hang,crash and or turn grey screen.

Btw can this cpu multitask? open many tabs in chrome, open multiple folders and downloading. it wont crash?

What does the screen says. can you provide a bit more information. Also how old is your system.

like how many tabs are opened and hiw many folders and files are opened? 

uhmm have you tried doing  only 1 task like watching youtube or play a game?
