Better him than that T-Series channel that has auto subscription bots, it'll auto subscribe random youtube accounts mainly in India but it's been happening elsewhere as well and they even gained subs during the youtube outtage. So better someone who has more than 90% actual subscribers than someone with like 100 real subscribers and millions of fake ones. And the person who bought all those ads did it cuz they didn't want t-series channel to artificially surpass pewdiepie.

Isn't this against YT's ToS?

I guess the ad money Alphabet Inc. is getting from Indians watching their channel is pretty significant if they don't enforce their own ToS on T-Series...

India is an untapped market, T-Series knows that.

They can get away with more then the other parts of the world since punishing them will decrease the amount of viewers they get from that region.

Something they really want to grow.

And where is the proof behind this? Last time i checked their record checks out. No botting present (at least not what people can gather from it)

 

They are the favorite youtube channel for google. They make content often, advertiser friendly content and they can count on them doing that forever.

You know how subsidized and expanding the market is in India with things like KaiOS being widelypopular for being very cheap? Also Data is rather cheap with companies such as Google gladly providing subsidies in trade of ad revenue and marketshare.

T-series does not create anything specifically for youtube. T-series is a music production company that creates the music for movies and artists. Only the music is produced by T-series. The videos that come with the music is created by the movie studios and are part of the bollywood movies.

 

In short neither the music nor the video is created for youtube specifically. They are created for movies. Only small clips of the music videos are uploaded to youtube by T-series as an extra source of income.

 

Pewdiepie in contrast creates everything exclusively for youtube. That makes him a "youtuber".  Some who creates content for youtube. 

 

T-series does not create any content for youtube.

 

So pewdiepie will still be the biggest "youtuber".

Yeah his videos always have a clickbait title but since he has so much money they are actually true. Basically the more money he spends the more views and then more money he makes. Also he sometimes gets a ton of news coverage which helps.

They are the favorite youtube channel for google. They make content often, advertiser friendly content and they can count on them doing that forever. 

They literally gained subs when youtube was down for every single person, meaning not a single person could actually sub to them yet they still got hundreds of subs during that time.

Its more likely youtube gave new accounts a preselected things to subscribe to and asked if they wanted to.
