I am looking for a DSLR camera and a slider for $150 used (new if possible (not possible)). Is this reasonable? I am completely new to all of this and am just looking to shoot 1080p at 30 or higher FPS.

Please don't argue with me, I am just trying to help, or be helped. (we are all humans right?)
