OC Stutters?

I got into BO3 recently and when I play with an OC on my CPU [1.27v 5Ghz, i5 8600k] I realised I get tiny microstutters here and there, they are not close together, it just happens sometimes compared to clock speeds.

 

I looked around and saw its because my CPU and GPU are both OC'd but I was wondering if anyone can confirm.

 

None of my temps are passing 50 degrees.

System Specs

GPU - Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080

CPU - Intel i5 8600k @ 4.8Ghz

Motherboard - Asus ROG Z370-F Gaming

Ram - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB 3000Mhz

Cooler - NZXT Kraken x62

PSU - Corsair RM550x

Storage - Samsung 860 EVO 250GB / 1TB Barracuda

Case - NZXT H500
