New computer micro freezing

Hello everyone i have a huge problem with My lagets build, i think i have narrowed it down But just want to make sure and see IF any one have a solution to this since Microsoft Did not have it

 

i get micro freezes up to 10 seconds from just multitasking, or even just open up a folder..

if Im gaming the whole computer freezes But keyboard and mouse is still responding

 

ive run memtest and everything is ok

ive ran Kingstons ssd test software and it is all good there also

 

ill apprciate all help i Can get

intel i7 8086K

RTX 2080 ti

Kingston A1000 m.2 ssd

HyperX  Fury 16gb  DDR4

I know shit about computers but it might be your PC running out of RAM, because that’s very little ram for a system of those proportions.

16gb is more than enough

I had the same thing sort of but it followed after an overclock, are you at stock?

Yes Ive disabled XMP and even downgraded the ddr4 so Now the CPU is stock at 4.0 ghz

I run that board too, you disabled MCE too, correct?

No i Did not Maybe i should try that, But i clocked it yesterday to 4.7ghz trough 1.2v and it was the same problem

Try disable MCE and tell me if anything changes, with a great PC like yours, ya' gotta have it workin' well!

You can try yeah, wont do any harm giving it a go. Try clear everything and set it up as new again.

Ok, so ive found the problem, and i have sucessfully eliminated the problem.

 

What was it?

 

It was 3 drivers + the USB headset driver that were conflicting over the sound so i uninstalled the 3 drivers, Intels Sound driver, Realtek, and finally Nvidias Sound driver.

 

Now the computer seems to be working as normal just hold your fingers.. time to clock the cpu again ? Cheers mates.
