Small atx build

Recently decided I wanted a more compact pc. Unfortunately, I didn't want to get any new hardware if possible and after searching found an acceptable case that accepted full atx motherboards: raijintel thetis. Only issue I really had was that the USB 3.0 header was too big to be plugged in since itd interfere with the top intake fans. Considering if there's a 3.0 to 3.1 adapter since there's a 3.1 header near the 24pin

Is it loud?

Not noticeably, you can hear it if you try. I don't use headphones and I don't really notice it. p95 the 1700x gets to about 78C and using unigine heaven the 1080ti gets about 75C.
