My priority is premiere pro editing. I wont really be able to install steam games on these SSD, not more than one. Does not bother me really. But my budget is around $20 ~ $30

Option #1 ADATA Ultimate SU650 120GB SSD .

Getting this for cheaper than most other 120gb SSD on local market.

Option #2 Kingston A400 2.5″ 120GB SATA III TLC SSD

The cheapest one

Option #3 Kingston SSDNow UV400 2.5″ 120GB SATA

I cant tell difference from the previous one.

Option #4 WD GREEN 120gb MSATA ssd.

I do have an M.2 Slot, (b450) motherboard.

Current SSD I am using is a Transcend 64GB SSD370S

The A400 is known for that, for being cheap but still a usable SSD from a known brand. So if you are looking for a budget SSD, that's the one, just have clear expectations, otherwise you will end up burning the unit.

How much video editing? Those drives are all dreadfully slow for the task sometimes. Especially if transferring large, multigigabyte video files to the drive.

Student level in the beginning. Just premiere will be on the drive. Actual footage other drives.
