IIS: URL rewrite HTTP to HTTPS except requests coming from localhost

Hey everyone,

 

I've configured HTTPS on my server, and applied a URL rewrite rule, where every HTTP request is rewritten as HTTPS (as shown in the picture)

There's a need for this rule not to be applied for requests comming from localhost. How can I configure this behaviour? I think a solution would be applying this rule based on the request not comming from localhost, so that anything else would be rewritten, but I've not been able to configure it.
