vega 64 pricing puts it lower than the Gtx 1080.
other than that it is just small tweaks as the 2700x extra 2 cores isnt needed while gaming. also added a PSU that was not included in the other build`s pricing. put the extra cash towards something else (edit: or a full windows non-OEM liscence)
