I cant see anything on my desktop just taskbar and running programs, but when I click on any program it just wouldn't appear on the screen but they appear to be running on taskbar.

WTH is going on?

Your computer still thinks your primary display is connected through miniDP, and the one connected by HDMI is extending your desktop to the right.

Press the Windows button and P at the same time to force the screen mode selection to show up. Switch between the different options until you get your old desktop back.

Awareness is key. Never enough, even in the face of futility. Speak the truth as if you may never get to say it again. This world is full of ugly. Change it they say. The only way is to reveal the ugly. To change the truth you must first acknowledge it. Never pretend it isn't there. Never bend the knee.

If that's the case, just remove one and it should return to normal.  If not, you should be able to access the "other monitor" by changing inputs on your display.  From there you can fix settings.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
