Hacker breaks into App-based vending Machines

TL;DR - Guy hacked the app for the vending machine to give himself unlimited credit, modify or remove all credit, and reset for the next time.  He did contact the company after he had successfully beaten their system.

 

I love how he walked through his through processes and considered the white, gray, and black hat options before settling on the morally correct stance (in most people's opinion, anyway).
