M.2 SSD drive without screw in motherboard bad?

I dont think that screw is just for cosmetics it needs it to make proper contact with the slot I believe

No, but the graphics card is right on top so I dont think it can go anywhere. Temps are fine too, never over 44c

As long as it doesn't pop up it should be fine.
