if I buy the x399-a which ram speed do I need to use, im a newb and read the following info.

I am building a new pc for the following:

 

40% video editing, photography, (premiere pro, photoshop)

50% multi core work loading (seo software) (money robot, gsa, spin blaster pro)

10% gaming (battle field 4, doom)
