Did you plug in the front panel USB's(Into the MB)? Press F12 on post and select the drive from there.

Found my issue had to change the boot mode to Legacy instead of UEFI

Okay so I finally got my first build and had one thing to do download the os. I went on a working computer and got the media creation tool and downloaded it on a flash drive. I plugged it into my USB port on the front panel of my case and started to turn on the computer. Luckily I got picture but it was just my hdd that started up. So I went to the bios and tried to change boot layout but their was no usb on the boot layout. I really don’t know what I’m doing tbh. This was my first build and I did so much research I just need some help.

Parts:

ryzen 3 1200

geforce Gtx 1050

1 tb hdd

ab 350m ds3h

4 gb ram

vivo smart micro atx case

cooler master hyper t2 cpu cooler

 And usb is 8gb

You need to open the media creation tool and have it create the USB drive for you.

I plugged front panel to the MoBo and when I went to the boot menu and in the boot to it only shows my hard drive and nothing else
