Good joystick for DCS world and other combat flight sims?

This is the answer.

The T16000M Hotas is by far the best entry level kit you can get right now.

The only downside is the lack of hat switches on the stick but there are enough on the throttle when combined with a modifier button to cover pretty much anything you'd need.

 

It also uses the same magnetic sensors as the much more expensive TM Warthog Hotas so you don't have to worry about pots going bad or corroding.

 

The next step up, if you need more buttons, would probably be a Logitech X-56 but it's double the price.

 

Past that your into TM Warthog or VirPil stick territory and they are pricey.
