Hotible noice after plugging in amp

So earlyer today I plugged in my 40 W amp into the 3.5mm slots on my motherboard and my bass into the amp. I recorded some clips but when I lisensed to them I heard this horible screatching noice. 

Now when I use my mice theres a loud buzz and screatching sound in the hackground.

I think I might have burned my sound part of the motherboard.

Is it posible that this is wath hapened.
