How do I make games run Better

I all I have laptop that was given to me as a gift I can't afford much but would love to know if I could make it better to game on my Frames are shit I got even raid on WoW plzz help !!!!

Well not to be a negative bitch but you're fucked. I guess you can clean up your background tasks(close them in task manager, just the ones you don't use, no windows tasks).
