Will this M.2 SSD work with the slot in my HP Elitebook 840 G1?

I found this m.2 drive slot in my laptop and it seemed a little short to me and it turns out it's a 2242 slot. I found this Dogfish SSD for it but it has two cutouts instead of the single cutout design of the port in my laptop. If I put this two cutout SSD in the single cutout port, will it work? I've uploaded both, the SSD and the port in my laptop, below.

Thanks.

Could you guide me as to what kind of drive I can use and where I could buy it?
