What should I upgrade first?

Hey, my PC is 1 and a half years old and I feel it is in need of an upgrade. I play mostly older titles at 1080p. And do some video editing in my spare tine. Specs are available in the "footer"?

What are these for?

no budget will make it really hard to reccomend something, just a estimation is good enough. we can give you anything for 100 to 5000 euro's as a upgrade. also, some more specs like case and cooling will help me later

Get a Ryzen 5 2600 and a b450 board for less than an i5 7500

splurge a bit on 16gb 3000mhz

And get a gtx 1060 / rx 580

Also 250gb ssd are cheap enough too

Let's agree to disagree

If I were you, I would just be on the lookout for used parts. 6th or 7th gen i5, maybe a gtx 1060, and any ssd.. buy them as you find good deals on them. Facebook marketplace, craigslist, and eBay are your friends here.

That's difficult because upgrading the gpu may warrant a cpu upgrade but upgrading the cpu alone wouldn't do much.

First thing I would do is grab an ssd. You can get a solid 250gb one for about $50. Also, what exact psu do you have?

If you're playing mostly older titles at 1080p I'm guessing they mostly run fine, in which case it's hard to justify anything more than an ssd for now.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

£500 budget but can go over is needed.

Idk what the case is cause it was a pre-built system and the case only has the name of the company I bought it for on it. Intel stock heatsink. Want to get AIO.

What are these for?

What is the maximum motherboard size? Or even the product code of your prebuilt?
