Gtx 1070Ti does bottleneck I5 4670K ( oc 4.2Ghz)

Hello Guys,

I wanna make an upgrade to my rig

16 Gb Ram Corsair vengence

MSI Z87 G45

212 Cooler master (right now while the gtx come i will get kraken X62 at the same time)

some SSDs and HDDs

Asus GTX 770

Monitor 1080p Gsync 144hz

and i wanna know if it will bottleneck my cpu for now its oc to 4Ghz (air cooling) but with kraken i can go higher

targeted GPU is gtx 1070Ti

Depends on what you're doing, but I think it will be ok in a lot of cases.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

More specifically it depends on what games. Battlefield games are notorious CPU eaters, while other titles like overwatch would probably fare better

I think less for  battlefield and more for some open words like GTA,... , and also for the new games
