SFF Dual 4K Business Machine

I'm looking to build a small form factor (mini ITX) computer with dual 4k output. I'm not using this as a gaming computer.

It looks like the AMD 2400G may be able to handle this, but I can't find confirmation of max resolution supported. I don't know if this will help, but here's some info from wikichip:

There's mini itx motherboards available with USB-C ports and there's an external adapter which can take USB-C in and output dual 4K.

I'm OK with non 60 FPS as I will use this for business more than gaming.

Does anyone know if this will work?

Yep it will run dual 4k, you just need a board with the right connectors.
