It's decent, keep in mind a 980Ti performs the same as a 1070 at gaming. Just run's hotter and uses more power. Just make sure it is in good working condition.

If you don't OC it at all. If you do then it'll beat the 1070 depending on which version both cards are.

Probably meant EVGA B-Stock, but that must have been a sale. They're $299 USD. You can get a GTX 1070 Ti for $349, which would be better.
