what about this one? good PC?

i need a PC for streaming (or recording) CSGO, i will upgrade with a case and GPU later

here are the specs

as you can see..

i have a Ryzen 5 2400g, which in previous planning builds, was a 2200g. the reason i am debating these two processors is because they are APUs, meaning I can go for a while without a GPU, but since it is said the 2400g is better for editing and such, i decided to stick with that

the motherboard was literally just a B450 board i found, i did not wanna go for the B350 otherwise i would need a BIOS update

16 gb (4x4) DDR4 3000mhz ram for gaming, would go with 3200mhz but my budget is 400, which is the reason i cut the case from the build..

120gb 2.5” SSD for booting my OS which will be Windows 10

1tb 7200 RPM HDD, which i got out of a pre built, salvaged it because the motherboard was not getting any power, many ITs said it was unfixable, only by replacement, so my parents let me take it apart.. I also got the CPU, but i don’t like it..

power supply, just a corsair CX, because everyone says CorsairCX is the way to go, plus, it powers the PC,. win win

the main purpose of this PC will be recording / streaming CSGO (also many other older titles like original doom, TF2, etc) low-medium settings.. probably 4000 bitrate and 720p resolution. i want at least 40fps while streaming.. will this PC get that?

any help wanted, thanks

overall budget, $400 (USD)

also, should I allocate 4gb instead of the recommended 2 to the IGPU of the 2400g? or will this not make a difference, i just want more frames.l graphics are not that big of an issue to me... the more frames the better, i dont wanna drop below 30 often

Ryzen 5 over Ryzen 3 APU

You don't need 16 GBs

Get 8 GBs and allocate 2

Get a Firecuda instead of an SSD and HDD

Power supply way overkill

Upcoming Build

Intel i9 9700K

Custom Loop

ASUS Z390-F Gaming Motherboard

16 GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200Mhz G.Skill Trident Z RGB

RTX 2070 Super

Samsung 970 Evo M.2 SSD

Intel Optane 32 GB

Seagate Firecuda SSHD

Daily Driver

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X @ 4.3 Ghz

NZXT Kraken X62

ASUS X470-F Gaming Motherboard

16 GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2933Mhz G.Skill Trident Z RGB

in that case, should I just get 3200mhz? of 8gb?

I already have the Hard Drive, and i think it already has a few games and Windows 10 on it

Just wait and save up and build the whole thing together. If you can't wait get the Ryzen 5 APU. I always recommend 16gb (2x8gb) but I understand that is hard to do with your budget..

The SSD listed is literal garbage. Are you familiar with the A400? NAND Flash in Hybrid Drive is faster, and he doesn't have to sacrifice capacity.

Care to explain?

Evidence? Facts? Real world usability? Reviews? Authorities?

Anecdotal evidence only goes so far...

The A400 is a low end SSD. What are you expecting exactly ? It will still be faster than a SSHD. Also he isn't sacrificing capacity because he has the HDD. StoreMI is a thing which can be used as well.
