The fastest graohics card exhibiting:

1.  No Need for External Power (i.e., Requires Only PCIe-Power)

2.  Fan(s) that Do Not Spin when GPU Load is Low

it's a result of your strict requirements. Dont put (2) and (3) together if you want better options.

Bad news is it's VERY overpriced

I dont think that card can turn off its fan.

Can someone; please, post a link to a reference stating whether or not the EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC card's fan is off during no/low load?  It's not mentioned on the EVGA site or B&H or Amazon.

The SC does not ship with a 0 DBa (zero fan) option.

The Palit 1050 Ti KalmX seems to be the perfect card for the two requirements, but it's not available in the USA.  An email has been sent to Palit.

Presently - mid 2022 - it appears that the fastest GPUs requiring only PCIe power are the 1650 GPU series cards.  These cards are predominantly 4GB cards with some having GDDR6 memory.
