it's a result of your strict requirements. Dont put (2) and (3) together if you want better options.

Best I can find is a 1050Ti from Inno3D

Bad news is it's VERY overpriced

Edit:

There are a couple 1050(Ti) cards that don't need extra power, just saw your updated requirements.

Does a PCI-e-Only power requirement necessitate a GTX-1050 (or the AMD equivalent) performance limit?

Since the 1-slot requirement has been dropped, please suggest the fastest card(s) available today.

Can someone; please, post a link to a reference stating whether or not the EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC card's fan is off during no/low load?  It's not mentioned on the EVGA site or B&H or Amazon.

The SC does not ship with a 0 DBa (zero fan) option.

It appears that the FTW card uses more than just PCIe power.

The Palit 1050 Ti KalmX seems to be the perfect card for the two requirements, but it's not available in the USA.  An email has been sent to Palit.
