I7-3930K 16G Ram P9X79 - Help Needed renewing

So ,I recently got me GTX 1060 6G ,I get some FPS drops on 1080P and having lower fps on lower graphics in fortnite ,whereas I get a bit more fps while higher graphics ,like 120+ till 200 or more. Is this CPU problem? Can this be PSU ? and what should I upgrade first? Low budget ,just slowly upgrading? Thnx

Shouldn't need to upgrade.

Uninstall Geforce Experience if it's installed & fresh install your drivers & see if that fixes it.

I had better performance when I had win 8.1 I think DX 12 is causing less FPS for me.I don't have Geforce Experience installed and I just installed my fresh windows 10 and I've got slightly older NVIDIA driver as new once were unplayable 399 ,seems stable for me ,just this low fps is bugging me
